Currently, we are experiencing a boom in mining. Such a condition is also a double-edged sword in that it has provided many opportunities for jobs, however, such opportunities can also be a drain on the supply of professionals and journeymen needed to build or run a mine. The mantra is to do more with less and the best way to achieve this is to have well thought out processes and systems in place that would enable and enhance these processes.

Innovacon Systems will be able to help if you are in the mining business and are doing one or more of the following:

• About to construct a new mine but with no system in place.
• About to operate a new mine but with no system in place.
• In the midst of construction, relying on some external EPCM’s system which you discover is not appropriate for financial reporting, nor is it SOX-compliant.
• Already operating with a system but the system is at the end of its useful life due to a combination of the system’s maintenance cost and/or system’s obsolescence.
• Already operating with a system but due to the extension of the Life Of Mine, it is viable to look for new software that would be more cost effective to use in the long run.
• Have chosen a new system but would like a third-party that is knowledgeable in mining to assist as either Project Manager and/or Integration Specialist to ensure that the new system is optimally configured to industry best practices.
• Have many operating entities but would like to standardize on processes and systems.
